Our office works with you to streamline insurance processing and account handling to be as convenient and transparent as possible. All co-payments, deductibles, and cosmetic charges are due at the time of service.

Due to the medical nature of our products and services, all sales are final.

We accept cash, ApplePay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We no longer accept personal or commercial checks.

If you do not see your insurance company listed here, please contact our business office. Patients should bring their current insurance card photo ID to each visit. If you are uninsured, out of network, or want to cash pay, our self pay consultation fee is $225. Procedures are quoted separately.
